Strategic Partner for Technology & AI

Do you want to be the strategic partner who makes technology and AI a clear part of the business's direction? In Development Private & Wealth Management we are seeking an experienced strategic profile who can connect the business's goals with technological opportunities and translate them into clear choices. You will have a central role in setting the direction for technology and AI – and in ensuring that the direction creates everyday value for our customers, business and development teams.

You create coherence from the group strategy Potential to More and the bank's shared technological foundation to our value chains, priorities and concrete deliverables. In short: You make technology a business choice.

Your task

You become a strategic sparring partner for both the business and the management. You listen to the business needs, challenge assumptions and make opportunities, consequences and dependencies clear before we prioritize and invest.

You unite technology, strategy and AI in a common agenda. The direction should not end in presentations, but should be felt in our decisions, technology choices, collaboration and deliveries.

You will among other things

• shape and anchor the technological direction for Private & Wealth Management in close collaboration with the business, the leadership team and development teams
• translate the business ambitions into clear technological choices, principles and plans
• function as a reliable sparring partner for the business when new opportunities, larger investments and difficult prioritizations must be assessed
• gather and drive an AI agenda that takes its starting point in concrete business needs, measurable value and responsible use of AI
• identify, mature and qualify AI opportunities together with the business – from idea to decision basis and concrete experiments
• create an overview of business capabilities, value chains, dependencies and technological possibilities, so we can make informed choices
• support close collaboration across the business, development teams and our strategic partners, including JN Data and Bankdata
• represent the unit in relevant forums for technology, architecture and AI and bring – in close collaboration with Architecture and COE for AI – knowledge, decisions and opportunities back to the business

You will be an important strategic partner

You work at the intersection of business, technology and the organization. It requires you to see the whole while not losing understanding of what needs to function in practice.

You are curious about the business and take the starting point in its goals, customers and workflows. At the same time you have enough technological heft to ask the right questions, challenge solutions and build trust among specialists.

Your profile

We imagine that you have experience with technological strategy, digital development, business development or a similar role. The most important is that you can create coherence across and translate it into a direction others can act on.

You succeed in the role if you

• have experience with strategic work in complex organizations with many stakeholders – this can also be from a consultancy
• can translate business- and group strategy into clear technological choices and priorities
• have a deep understanding of AI and can distinguish between interesting ideas and solutions that create real value
• can bring together different perspectives and create momentum without oversimplifying the tough trade-offs
• understand the interplay between value chains, business capabilities, data, technological platforms and concrete deliverables
• communicate clearly and precisely with both business leaders, specialists and development teams
• thrive on working through good relationships, professional respect and a shared direction.

About the Unit “Development Private & Wealth Management”

We develop solutions that support the bank's ambitions in the private- and wealth management segment. We do this close to the business and in collaboration with development teams, central functions in the bank and external partners.

You will have a broad collaboration interface and the opportunity to leave a clear mark on how we use technology and AI to develop the business and create better solutions for customers.

Practical

The position can be filled in Copenhagen or Silkeborg. You should expect regular activity across locations so you can build strong relationships and collaborate closely with the organization.
