PLM implementation consultant for the industry

Do you want to work with the technical implementation of PLM and create coherence between product data, processes and systems in industry? Are you interested in both configuration, integrations and the people who will use the solutions?

We are seeking a PLM implementation consultant who can translate customers' business needs into concrete solutions in Autodesk Fusion Manage PLM. You will play a central role in configuring, customizing and implementing solutions that support product development and management of product data throughout the product lifecycle.

Your role

You will become part of our technical consulting team and work closely with the customer, our Solution Architect, project manager and other specialists. Based on the agreed solution design, you translate processes and requirements into a technical setup that works in the customer's daily operations.

You will follow the implementation from technical clarification and configuration to testing, go-live and further development. Projects are typically carried out in phases, where the solution is developed and used with a focus on the customer's priorities and expected benefits.

Your daily work will alternate between deep dives into the technical solution, sparring with colleagues and dialogue with the customer's professionals and super-users.

Your primary tasks

• Configure Fusion Manage PLM: Set up workspaces, data fields, relationships, user roles and access rights.
• Implement processes and workflows: Support, among other things, product management, bill of materials, documentation, release and change management.
• Develop automation: Customize the solution with scripting, validations and automated actions that reduce manual work and ensure data quality.
• Contribute to integrations: Collaborate on data exchange between PLM and for example Autodesk Vault, ERP and other business systems.
• Prepare and migrate data: Work with data mapping, data structure, import and validation of existing product data.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance: Test features and complete processes and support the customer's acceptance testing.
• Document the solution: Describe configuration, technical dependencies and prerequisites for maintenance.
• Support adoption: Train super-users, assist during go-live and follow up on experiences from use.

Your professional background

You have experience with the technical implementation or configuration of PLM, PDM or similar business systems. Your background could be as an engineer, computer scientist, developer or technical consultant.

We emphasize that you

• Have experience with Autodesk Fusion Manage PLM or another PLM system and are keen to specialize in Fusion Manage.
• Understand product data, bills of materials, revisions, lifecycles and change processes in an industrial company.
• Can translate requirements and process descriptions into data structures, workflows and technical setup.
• Have experience with scripting, preferably JavaScript, and understanding of APIs and system integration.
• Work in a structured way with testing, debugging and documentation.
• Can communicate with both technical specialists and business users in Danish and English.

Familiarity with Autodesk Vault, CAD, ERP, C# and data migration is an advantage. The same applies to experience with project work where solutions are delivered in phases and developed through ongoing testing and dialogue with the customer.

You do not need to know everything from day one. We value a solid technical foundation, relevant experience and the desire to develop yourself within PLM.
