You capture the atmosphere, the small details and the big moments – from historic surroundings to events from all over the world.

You know exactly how to get the right clips, create reels and tell stories that make people stop and engage on Instagram and Facebook.

About us

The Command Staff at Kastellet is part of the Defence Command's Management Secretariat, and consists of a Commander, a Security Officer, two secretaries and a student assistant.

Kastellet is one of the Defence’s prominent historical fortifications and today functions as a modern military workplace for several hundred employees from different parts of the Ministry of Defence's group.

We deal with security as well as military and civilian events, and we are the coordinating authority in Kastellet. Daily life is both intense and varied when it comes to tasks, working hours and pace.

Our working environment is informal and characterized by a sense of responsibility for the tasks, and we generally work very independently. Although things sometimes move very fast, we make things work with mutual help and cooperation, good colleagues and high spirit.

We place wellbeing, engagement and development at the center and emphasize a good working environment. Daily life is therefore characterized by an informal and direct tone of voice with mutual respect.

About the position

Your primary task will be to assist with the operation and development of Kastellet’s social media profile - especially with our profile @kastellet_kbh on Instagram.

  • Diverse ad hoc tasks

We give you freedom to experiment with formats, test new content and develop Kastellet's digital identity.

You work closely with colleagues, but you also take responsibility for your own projects. You get a student job with good opportunities for professional and personal development.

About you

You are probably studying communications, marketing, journalism or similar – and you live and breathe social media. You know which new trends work and can manage social media, both at a strategic and practical level.

You work in a structured way and are skilled at coordinating and planning. You possess a broad perspective on task solving, and you take initiative for new tasks when you spot opportunities.

You have good communication skills - written and spoken - in both Danish and English.

You are adaptable, can handle pressured situations and maintain a good mood. As a person you are friendly, service-minded and approachable.

Conditions of employment

As a bachelor student, employment is regulated by the then-current Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organizations – The Public Sector (OAO-S Collective Agreement) and the organizational agreement for office clerks, laboratory technicians and IT workers (HK Agreement).

Your appointment as a student assistant under the HK agreement is conditional on you being an active student and being able to document that you are enrolled at a higher education institution or in a medium-length higher education (MVU) at a university college or similar institution. The appointment is limited to until the completion of your bachelor’s degree under the HK agreement.
