About the job

Do you want to take responsibility for the operation and management of the web solution that supports the Tax and Growth Ministry's websites – including skat.dk with over 30 million annual visits? And are you motivated by creating an overview, coordinating, and ensuring that decisions are followed through? Then you may be our new colleague at the Agency for Development and Simplification.

Our office

The Office of Digital Channels has 25 employees, where you will become part of a team of eight with competencies in development, analysis, testing and agile project management. We have transitioned from CMS to a new platform in Azure with Umbraco, and we are responsible for the operation and development of The Digital Experience Platform (DOP), which covers more than 15 of the ministry's websites and delivers digital solutions to citizens and businesses.

We work closely with UX, process owners, users and the policy departments, and we focus on creating value both internally and as a bridge to the surrounding society.

About the position

You will take responsibility for the daily management of DOP and related solutions including Umbraco, Operational Messages, Emergency Website, eContact, Search, Newsletter, and more. You ensure coherent management, drive processes, translate decisions into activities and coordinate follow-up across the team, the business, and suppliers, and as a sparring partner for the deputy head you contribute with proposals that support strategic prioritization and development. Your main tasks include:

  • System management with an annual cycle, activities, follow-up on decisions and deliveries.
  • Overview of the state of the systems and risks by coordinating assessments and follow-up on necessary actions.
  • Case presentation, proposals and memos as well as contributions to budget and financial follow-up.
  • Supplier collaboration, contracts and deliveries as well as driving procurement with colleagues.
  • Ensure documentation and coordinate contributions to audits, inspections and internal inquiries as well as follow-up on significant operational issues.

The role emphasizes administrative and business system management. You must therefore be able to understand technical input without being a specialist. The technical expertise is in the team.

About you

You have experience with system management, coordination or similar, where you have created an overview and secured progress. You are motivated by responsibility, structure and thrive on driving tasks, even when the solution requires input from several disciplines. You are analytical with attention to detail and the big picture when problems are translated into decision proposals. You have an understanding of economics and risks and can familiarize yourself with both technical and business needs.

Finally, you communicate in a friendly manner and follow up persistently on agreements and deliveries. Experience with public administration, procurement or supplier management is an advantage.

Why should you choose us?

You will become part of a cross-disciplinary office with high professional standards, informal tone, and good opportunities for sparring and development. We work on societally important solutions, where you have the opportunity to shape the tasks and your own personal development. In the DOP team you work together with specialists, and you are never alone with the tasks. We value collaboration and a balance between work life and private life highly – also during periods of high workload.

Contact and terms of employment

We conduct interviews and hire on an ongoing basis, so please send us your application, CV and certificates as well as any statements via the link “Apply for the position,” but no later than 18 November 2026. If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact the deputy head René Nöstler at tel. 7237 6289.

There will be a logical test and a personality assessment as part of the recruitment process. You will be employed under collective agreements in accordance with the applicable collective agreement for academics in the state (AC), the collective agreement for clerical workers, laboratory technicians and IT staff (HK) or the collective agreement for Administrative Officers, etc. (DTS) in the Tax and Growth Ministry.

Prior to employment, a criminal record check will be obtained.

You will be employed by the Tax and Growth Ministry with associated institutions. Your workplace will be Osvald Helmuths Vej 4, 2000 Frederiksberg
