Teacher for maternity leave substitute in Danish and English at Jels School

You will teach Danish in a 2nd grade class as well as English in the middle grades and in the upper school.

About Jels School

Jels School is a modern, departmentally organized state school with about 280 students across grades 0-9 and a after-school care (SFO) with around 100 children.

We are about 35 dedicated staff who work closely together to create strong learning communities and high wellbeing for both pupils and staff.

About the position

Your tasks will include

• Teaching Danish in 2nd grade
• Teaching English in the middle grades and in the upper school
• Participation in team and subject committee collaboration
• Contributing to planning a varied and motivating school day

Employment

The position is a full-time maternity cover with start date 1 November 2026.

Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. A criminal record check will be obtained upon employment.
