The Assistive Devices Service at Hvidovre Hospital is seeking an engaged Team Coordinator for the Assistive Devices Service, who can ensure the daily coordination of tasks, resources and workflows for your colleagues. We have taken on more tasks, and therefore an additional colleague is sought for a small well-functioning group of good and experienced colleagues.

As a team coordinator you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Assistive Devices Service. You must create an overview, coordinate tasks and support colleagues so that the hospital departments and patients experience a good and professional service.

Your primary tasks

  • Coordinate operational tasks and prioritize the daily operations in the Assistive Devices Service
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of workflows and processes
  • Ensure high quality and service in the delivery of assistive devices to the hospital's departments and external partners
  • Plan staffing and vacation planning
  • Participate in cross-disciplinary collaboration with therapists, clinical departments, porter service and external suppliers. Including participation in regional tenders
  • Support the implementation of new assistive devices and workflows
  • Actively participate in the daily operations

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience with coordination, operations or planning
  • Is structured and can maintain an overview of daily operations
  • Thrives with many points of contact and a dynamic everyday life
  • Has good collaboration and communication skills
  • Is proactive and solution-oriented
  • Can work independently while also helping to build good cross-disciplinary relations across AHH
  • Has an understanding of service, logistics and patient-facing tasks

We would prefer that you have experience from the healthcare sector, e.g. as a porter, assistive devices area or another operations-oriented service function.

We offer

  • A central role in the daily operations of the Assistive Devices Service
  • A varied workday with extensive contact across the hospital
  • Opportunity to influence the development of the area
  • Skilled and engaged colleagues
  • A meaningful job where your daily efforts make a directly noticeable difference for the patients
