Team Leader for the Evening Shift in the Warehouse at Rito

Your role

As the evening shift team leader you will be responsible for a team consisting of full-time employees, part-time employees and young workers.

You will be a central part of the daily operations and responsible for ensuring structure, progress and an efficient flow in the warehouse during the evening hours. You should be prepared that the position involves evening work from 15:30 to 21:30.

You will work closely with the other warehouse team leader and the receiving team leader to ensure good coordination and a clear handover between day and evening shifts.

You report directly to the Operations Manager.

Your key tasks will be to

• plan and prioritise the work of the evening shift
• lead, motivate and follow up with the employees in your team
• ensure clear task allocation and good communication
• coordinate staffing and operations with the other team leaders
• follow up on goals, results and agreements
• ensure high quality and efficiency in warehouse operations
• train new employees
• contribute to the improvement of workflows and processes
• take an active part in operations when needed

Who are you?

You have experience from warehousing, logistics or a similar operations function and preferably have previously had responsibility for employees or acted as a team leader, coordinator or point of contact.

It is advantageous if you have experience from an e-commerce company where pace, fluctuating order volumes and on-time delivery are a natural part of everyday life.
