Hørkram Foodservice is one of Denmark's largest suppliers to professional kitchens with warehousing, cooling and freezing, own meat production and 24/7 operations in Sorø. We are seeking an experienced tradesperson who will lead a team of 12 employees in the workshop and in the service group and at the same time be the deputy to the operations manager.

You plan and allocate tasks, conduct technical rounds, perform repairs across trades and monitor cooling, freezing, ventilation and outdoor areas. You obtain quotes, coordinate external craftsmen and ensure that fire safety and hygiene requirements are in order.

You are a skilled tradesperson, preferably an electrician or a plumber, but carpenter, blacksmith or industrial mechanic can also fit. You have experience with building operation or technical maintenance, preferably with leadership experience, and you can assess a quote. You have a driving license (B), are familiar with Office and speak and write Danish and English.

We offer a permanent position of 37 hours per week, primarily daytime hours, with pay according to qualifications, pension, health insurance, canteen scheme and workwear, in a growing company with high seniority.
