Technical Service Assistant / Property Service Technicians for Plejehjem Fjordvang in Mariager, Mariagerfjord Municipality

We are seeking a technical service assistant / property service technician for our nursing home as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for the daily internal maintenance of our buildings and outdoor areas.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Has a craft / trade education and/or is a property service technician
• Has practical hands-on skills and technical insight
• Is prepared for a flexible workday where planned tasks may be changed with short notice
• Has knowledge of digital tools and a flair for IT
• Has good collaboration skills and an understanding of the importance of interaction with many different actors such as residents, staff, colleagues and craftsmen
• Can work independently and be very good at planning their own workday
• Is friendly and approachable
• Flexible and reliable
• Has a driving license

The job function is

• Supervision of supply installations and technical facilities
• Contribute to long-term maintenance planning
• Building maintenance tasks
• Maintenance of the exterior areas
• Participate in procurement and control of craftsmen and other suppliers
• Contribute to snow removal and anti-slip measures
• Carry out move-in and move-out inspections in the housing units
• Plan and initiate refurbishments of housing units
• Be responsible for the buildings' fire safety including the ABA system and provide the necessary training to staff regarding the building's fire safety.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is on collective agreement terms, where the salary is negotiated with the bargaining organization.

Your primary workplace will be in Mariager, but travel throughout the municipality can be expected. Therefore you must have a valid driving license.

Criminal record check will be obtained, and employment is conditional on its approval.

To be employed by Mariagerfjord Municipality you must have MitID.
