About the position

Your most important task is to ensure that the authority feels “taken by the hand” and guided through the transition.

You must at the same time be outward-looking, approachable and results-oriented, as a successful migration only occurs through collaboration and a simultaneously clear requirement that the authorities deliver the required data on time.

  • Be the Cyber Division’s unifying contact person for all authorities within the Ministry of Defence’s area.
  • Ensure that the authority delivers data to the data foundation so that the structural change can be implemented.
  • Ensure that there is the correct data quality in collaboration with the Cyber Division’s executing entities.
  • Plan the migration in dialogue with the authority and act as the liaison to the Cyber Division’s executing entities, including ensuring that the timing of the migration accommodates both the authority and the Cyber Division.

As a Coordinator you will be responsible for all data migrations and for collaboration with several departments in the Cyber Division and ensure that processes run optimally with respect to deadlines.

About you

You are motivated by achieving results together with other people and you want to take responsibility in an environment characterised by strong professional competencies and high specialisation. Perhaps you are a specialist, a technical profile, a project manager or a key professional who is ready to take the leap into the role of Coordinator.

We place particular emphasis on the following

  • Want to be at the centre - the focal point
  • Communicate clearly and build good collaborative relationships
  • Can prioritise and create direction in a changing everyday life
  • Take responsibility and follow up on agreements and decisions
  • Wish to actively contribute to the development of the section

Knowledge of the Defence can be an advantage, but not a requirement.

Employment terms

If you are an academic, you will be employed according to the current applicable agreement between the Ministry of Finance and a number of academic organisations for academics in the state (Academic Agreement). br> If you have an IT vocational education or another relevant education, you will be employed according to the current applicable Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organisations – The Public Sector Area (OAO-S Joint Agreement) and the organisational agreement for office functions, laboratories and IT workers. br> Depending on your qualifications and competences, there is an opportunity for negotiating allowances.

There is a employer-funded pension scheme attached to the position.

The workplace is in Hvidovre.

As an employee under the Defence Ministry’s area you are subject to certain special terms. You must, among other things, be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance throughout the employment relationship.
