Are you interested in participant-oriented practice research on transformative pedagogy in collaboration with children, youth, and adults with an ethnic minority background, as well as professionals who progressively co-create youth work in disadvantaged housing areas? Responsibilities

We expect

  • That you have solid written and spoken Danish and English skills
  • That you can work independently and with others
  • That you are ready to take on both routine and more complex tasks
  • That you have experience with qualitative methodology, including data analysis
  • That you have an interest in participant-oriented research that makes a difference in relation to difficult, conflictual problems where there is no easy solution.

We offer

  • Flexible working hours
  • Professional development within the mentioned areas
  • Experience with supporting and engaging in research-related work.

Who are we?
