Waiter sought for Rebæk Brasserie & Bar in Hvidovre (about 100-120 hours per month)

We are looking for a competent waiter, with at least 2 years of waiter experience from a position at a similar restaurant.

We are a Danish/French restaurant located in Hvidovre, open every day of the week, for lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. We are busiest in our à la carte, but also host many events of various types and sizes.

We make well-prepared food from scratch with seasonal ingredients of high quality. We change our menu regularly, and have something extra on the menu almost daily.

Our guests are the best in the world, and should therefore be treated accordingly.

We take pride in giving all our guests the service that meets their needs.

For the person we are seeking

You are expected to be reliable, upbeat and prepared when you come to work.

You should have an eye for detail, an overview, and be able to stay calm when it gets busy. In addition, be professional, able to read the guests and have a positive attitude, as well as a good mood that is contagious.

It is expected that you have a basic knowledge of gastronomy, wine, coffee and spirits.

It is a requirement that you speak and understand Danish.

We are a small team that helps each other where we can. It is therefore important that you are a team player, take responsibility and participate actively. In addition, help maintain a good tone and preserve the good working environment.

You will receive thorough training in our daily tasks, cash register system, booking system, as well as opening and closing.

We offer a fixed work schedule by agreement. The working time will be a mix of full and half shifts, weekdays and weekends, with every other weekend being fixed.

We offer a competitive salary, individually negotiated, based on qualifications.
