Carpenter for damage repair and renovation in Herning

Do you want a company car, permanent employment and tasks in damage service?

We are looking for a carpenter for service and renovation in Herning.

You will become part of a larger damage service business, where the carpentry work is linked with tasks after damages, renovations and general construction. The tasks can be both small and large, and everyday life requires that things are handled efficiently and professionally. The work area is Herning and surroundings, but you land in a setup with colleagues and equipment around you.

This is not a role where you just stand with the same task week after week. You switch between new builds, renovations, dampers and service, so the job suits you best if you can think for yourself on site. The company car is part of the package, and a driving license is required because the tasks are located at the customers.

What you get

Salary: DKK 210-230 per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Herning and surroundings

Colleagues: Approximately 30 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: New builds, renovations, service and dampers

Your everyday

On site you start by getting a handle on whether it is service, renovation or new build that fills the day. You take hold of the agreed sequence so the work is delivered properly and the next trade can come in. When a task changes along the way, you report it before it becomes a problem for the customer or colleagues.

You will among other things be working with

• Working on new builds at construction sites
• Solving renovation tasks from start to finish
• Taking dampers and service tasks with customers
• Installing windows and doors to measured sizes
• Carrying out roofing work when the task requires it

When a damage or service task is underway, the agreements must hold. Therefore the role is best suited for a carpenter who speaks up in time and does not deliver anything half-finished.

We’re looking for you who can tick most boxes

You don't need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driving license
• Can take responsibility for your own appointments
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s a plus if you’ve tried both renovation, service and dampers before. But the most important thing is that you can work properly and keep a cool head when the task changes direction.

Already in a job?

Then of course it should make sense to switch.

Therefore we start with an informal chat. You can hear more about the tasks, the company, the salary and everyday life before you decide anything. And yes, it takes place discreetly.
