Coordinator for the development of the basic places at Børnehuset Ådalen

Are you a passionate person who is driven by development and new thinking within the pedagogical field? Then we have an attractive 37-hour position for you.

Frederikssund Municipality has established basic placements in a number of kindergartens to meet the need for pedagogical offers to children who require a specially tailored pedagogical intervention and more support in daily life.

In Børnehuset Ådalen, 3-4 children can be admitted who are assessed as being able to thrive and develop in a mild specialized offer within a general kindergarten. Here we work purposefully to create safe and developmental environments, where the individual child has the opportunity to thrive, learn, and participate in meaningful communities.

The framework for the task includes, among other things, an adjusted child-to-staff ratio, closer interprofessional collaboration, individually tailored learning environments and ongoing professional upskilling of the staff group.

• Has experience with special education methods and/or children in vulnerable positions.
• Wants to contribute to a new task with energy, ideas, commitment and professional drive.
• Is present, tolerant and relationally competent, and has an eye for the individual child's needs and resources.
• Can see the value in working at the intersection of mainstream and special education.
• Is professionally well-founded, reflective and curious about new knowledge and new methods.
• Is good at communicating with colleagues, parents and cross-professional partners – both orally and in writing.
• Is passionate about creating participation opportunities for all children in inclusive and developmental communities.
• Can maintain an overview, coordinate efforts and support a shared pedagogical direction.
