Qualified medical secretary wanted for Psychiatric Clinic Næstved, Psychiatry South, Region Zealand

Psychiatric Clinic Næstved is an ambitious workplace

We are a professionally strong team, characterized by constructive collaboration and a good and well-functioning work environment in mental health with room for humor.

We provide outpatient short-term treatment for patients with non-psychotic disorders living in the municipalities of Næstved and Vordingborg. Patients are primarily referred from general practitioners and from the inpatient wards at the Psychiatry Hospital Oringe.

A large part of the treatment in the clinic is psychotherapeutic. We primarily work here according to CBT and MBT. We evaluate and treat patients both within the so-called care packages and also outside the framework of the packages – the treatment is tailored to the individual patient's needs with respect for their clinical as well as personal recovery.

We have close internal collaboration between the professional groups, and between the individual departments in Psychiatry SOUTH. We also collaborate externally with municipal Social Psychiatry, Job Centers, Center for Addiction, etc.

Your colleagues will be a multidisciplinary staff consisting of 2 psychiatrists, several (special) psychologists, 5 nurses, 2 medical secretaries and a service assistant. We are also a teaching site for various students.

• is a trained medical secretary/SAK (unnegotiable requirement)
• preferably is an experienced user of the Health Platform
• is good at prioritizing tasks while maintaining an overview
• has experience with documentation, registration and booking
• has experience with error correction
• has experience with patient contact, as a parts of the job involve receiving patients and phone contact
• has an overview and can work independently
• is quality-conscious and service-minded
• can collaborate both mono- and multidisciplinary
• wants to contribute to the development of the secretaries’ areas of work
• wants to develop flexible workflows and simplify procedures
• has a good sense of humor and an open approach to colleagues
• can work in a structured and efficient way but also demonstrate flexibility

Salary and terms of employment

Employment form: Permanent position

Weekly working hours: 37 hours

Starting salary for employees under collective agreement

The region is obliged to inform you about the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of base pay, centrally set allowances and pension in the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
