About the job

Are you a physiotherapist or an occupational therapist with an interest in development and quality assurance of digital rehabilitation? Are you motivated to support colleagues, create development close to practice and help set the direction for digital rehabilitation? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

Center for Genoptræning (CfG) Copenhagen seeks a development therapist for digital rehabilitation (DG), who will help strengthen and further develop digital rehabilitation across CfG.

CfG Copenhagen consists of five centers spread around Copenhagen (Amager, Nørrebro, Vanløse, Vesterbro/Valby and Østerbro) and has around 260 employees. The development therapist for DG will have a managerial anchor in one of the centers, but will have tasks across all five centers.

In the rehabilitation area of the Municipality of Copenhagen, we have an ongoing focus on qualifying existing efforts, using resources as effectively as possible for the benefit of citizens, and developing offerings for new target groups. We plan differentiated pathways with a systematic starting point in citizens' health competencies, so that the individual receives the support and intervention needed. Digital rehabilitation plays an important role in differentiating citizens' rehabilitation courses.

CfG is professionally organized with development therapists for the professional specialties and a cross-disciplinary development therapist for occupational therapy. The role of the development therapist for DG is to support digital rehabilitation in all specialties within CfG in close collaboration with the professional development therapists. You will also have a wide range of partners and colleagues across CfG and the Health and Care Administration (SUF).

As the development therapist for DG, you will also play a central role in supporting local DG champions and creating coherence between local practice and the joint development across our units. The DG champions are therapists in the individual units who have a special role in the work with digital rehabilitation. They support their colleagues in using digital solutions and contribute to developing and qualifying digital rehabilitation locally.

You will work closely with DG champions, therapists, professional development therapists, consultants and managers on digital rehabilitation with a focus on high professional quality and solutions that make sense in practice.

Your tasks include, among others,

  • support and further develop the work with digital rehabilitation across CfG
  • work closely with DG champions, managers, consultants and development therapists
  • support, facilitate and follow up on local pilot actions and contribute to anchoring learning in practice. This includes understanding the work cultures in the different teams
  • collect and disseminate experiences, knowledge and good solutions across units, professions and specialties
  • contribute to practice-oriented teaching, sparring and competence development
  • support that digital solutions become an integrated part of therapeutic practice
  • contribute to testing and implementation of new digital solutions and technologies
  • contribute to planning and actively participate in meetings and networks focused on digital rehabilitation
  • use data to support professional development, quality and consistency across CfG
  • manage administration of DG systems and support good workflows around systems and equipment

We offer

  • an exciting development position with the opportunity to influence the continued development of digital rehabilitation in CfG
  • a central role in an area in development, where professionalism, technology and practice meet
  • close collaboration with engaged DG champions, therapists, development therapists, consultants and managers across CfG
  • an ambitious organization with a focus on high quality in Copenhagen residents' rehabilitation and on continuously adapting the interventions to developments in the health system
  • an organization characterized by strong professional engagement, curiosity and openness to new initiatives

We expect you to

  • be passionate about and have experience with digital rehabilitation
  • have a flair for IT
  • be able to facilitate and support DG champions in developing and enhancing their work with digital rehabilitation
  • can motivate and inspire learning and quality development
  • can work in a structured way with an independent approach to tasks
  • are strong in communication and dissemination
  • thrive on having many different workplaces and touchpoints with therapists and managers in all five centers and in a large organization
  • understand working in a politically governed organization and in the municipal context
