You will become part of a strong multidisciplinary community in Home Care and Nursing, where we collaborate every day to provide practical help, personal care and high-quality nursing. We work rehabilitatively and focus on supporting citizens in maintaining their own skills by actively involving them in the tasks they can perform themselves.

About the job

The tasks include practical help such as cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, floor cleaning and vacuuming, changing bed linen, laundry etc.

In Home Care and Nursing, our 550 valued employees are distributed across 12 districts and 25 teams. You will work together with social- and health care helpers, social- and health care assistants, cleaning staff, nurses, visit coordinators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, team coordinators, interdisciplinary team coordinators and your district manager.

• Are unskilled or trained as a social- and health care helper or a social- and health care assistant – preferably with experience in the elderly sector
• Are solution-oriented and professionally ambitious
• Can work independently, interdisciplinary and in teams – both in clinics and in the citizen's home
• Have a positive approach to tasks and challenges
• Communicate clearly and respectfully
• Contribute to a good and healthy work and learning environment

Salary and employment terms

• Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement
• We envisage an employment of 37 hours. At the applicant's initiative, a concrete dialogue about the employment rate can be entered into
• This is a fixed day shift
• Place of work: Nygade 23c, 6200 Aabenraa
• Commencement: 1 December 2026 or by agreement

It is a prerequisite for the position that you have a driving license.
