We are in the midst of implementing the new elderly act, and we work across disciplines in close collaboration between all of us who are there – a good mix of social and health care staff, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, unskilled, dispatchers, district nurses and managers. We are working to assemble cross-disciplinary teams, where we together put the citizen’s self-determination and dignity at the center through professional assessments and professionalism.

About us

We see ourselves as a fairly well-functioning, cross-disciplinary workplace with about 70 colleagues – soon 85 with upcoming nurses, who work with rehabilitation, cross-disciplinary team meetings and ensuring that we have the right competencies present. We focus on solving the core task at a high professional level and ensuring that citizens receive a dignified and enabling assistance – both for daily tasks and for nursing interventions.

In addition we have over 30 hourly-paid substitutes, which is also one of our shared important tasks – to take care of them and their professional skills, so we have agility – when it comes to planning time off and vacations.
