Value Chain Specialist

From data and analysis to concrete improvements in-store Do you want to help turn data into action at INCO CC AARHUS?

Do you have a flair for numbers, a strong analytical mindset and a desire to make a difference in a company where the daily pace is fast?

At INCO CC AARHUS we are looking for a curious and business-oriented colleague who is passionate about working with data, creating an overview and finding opportunities to optimise our business.

We are looking for someone who not only sees numbers in a spreadsheet, but also understands the story behind them and can translate analyses into concrete improvements.

For us, the work does not end with the analysis. You should also be keen to go out into the store, roll up your sleeves and actively help implement the changes your analyses point to.

What will you be working with? As a Value Chain Specialist you will have a varied daily routine, working with data, finance, operations and business development.

Your main tasks will be

• Data analysis and reporting: Development and maintenance of reports and dashboards in Power BI that support our decisions.
• Business optimization: Analysis of revenue, profitability, stock levels, product flow and assortment with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities.
• Store layout and practical optimisation: Planning and implementation of physical rearrangements, changes in product placements and optimisation of the store's selling areas. You actively participate in the practical work yourself.
• Performance Management: Preparation of analyses, KPIs and decision bases across departments.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Close dialogue with management and colleagues to translate analyses and ideas into solutions that work in practice.

You follow your projects all the way from analysis and ideas to a finished solution in the store.
