Kobberbakkeskolen is seeking a committed educator who wants to work with students in the lower years in the Sydby division. You will be part of a cross-professional team where we together support the students' participation in the school's academic and social communities.

We wish for you to be able to support all students in the division to engage in and contribute to the division's academic and social communities. In collaboration with teachers and pedagogues, you will help create safe and strong communities with opportunities for participation for all students.

About Kobberbakkeskolen

Kobberbakkeskolen consists of three divisions, each with its own history, culture and student group. As a pedagogue with us, you become an important part of developing shared pedagogical practices, creating continuity across divisions, and contributing to a professional and learning culture.

Sydby division is a centrally located town school with good outdoor facilities, green areas and attractive play and learning environments.

• Two streams from grade 0 to 3
• A special division with three classes for students with cognitive and emotional challenges as well as developmental disorders
• An active and engaged After School Care (SFO)
• A diverse student base
• A strong focus on safe and inclusive learning environments
• A close collaboration between teachers and pedagogues in everyday life

The position

We are seeking a qualified pedagogue for a permanent position. Your task will be to support the students' learning and wellbeing and create good opportunities for them to participate actively in the school's everyday life. You will contribute with your pedagogical approach in close collaboration with the division's other teachers and pedagogues.

We are looking for a pedagogue who

• Can plan and carry out motivating activities based on the students' different prerequisites
• Works with varied approaches to learning, including play, movement, visual support and practical activities
• Participates in joint planning, implementation and evaluation of pedagogical efforts and contributes with their pedagogical knowledge
• Communicates clearly and constructively with colleagues and parents about students' wellbeing and learning
• Is able to create safe relationships and strong communities among the students
• Sees opportunities in diversity and works purposefully with inclusion
• Can create participation opportunities for students with different prerequisites
• Contributes actively to team collaboration and the shared responsibility for students' development
• Wants to be a co-creator of a common pedagogical direction and practice
• Supports students' responsibility and participation in the community
• Works actively with classroom culture, norms and positive forms of participation
