Svendebjerghave is developing, and we are seeking social and health care assistants who want to help shape the future. From January 1, 2027, 34 of Svendebjerghave's temporary placements will transition to Region of East Denmark and the Center for Citizen-Friendly Health . We will therefore have the opportunity to jointly develop our workflows, strengthen professional practice, and leave our mark on the new department.

We are looking for social and health care assistants for mixed shifts who will use their competencies, take responsibility, and contribute to safe and coherent citizen care pathways. You will be involved in shift planning so that, as far as possible, your wishes are taken into account.

A day with professional challenges and meaning At Svendebjerghave we work with citizens who need a temporary health care and rehabilitation offer after hospitalization or staying in their own home. Citizens often have complex, subacute or chronic problems that require clinical observations, assessments, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

As a social and health care assistant, you play an important role in the citizen's care, treatment, and rehabilitation. Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal care and support based on the citizen's needs and resources.
• Observation and response to changes in the citizen's condition.
• Health care tasks and medication management within your area of competence.
• Rehabilitation, mobilization, and support for the citizen's independence.
• Documentation and collaboration with citizens, relatives, nurses, and therapists.

We base our work on the citizen's wishes and goals and work together to create good and coherent pathways.

A new department – an opportunity for you From January 1, 2027 34 of Svendebjerghave's temporary placements will become part of Region of East Denmark and Center for Citizen-Friendly Health .

Your service location will be Svendebjerghave in Hvidovre , which will be one of five locations under Amager/Hvidovre Hospital.

You will be transferred from Hvidovre Municipality to Region of East Denmark with your current salary and employment terms. At the transition you will be employed with mixed shifts .

We aim to create good and flexible duty rosters, where we to the extent possible take employees' wishes for working hours and shifts into account.

As part of the transition, the Health Platform will be our new documentation system, and you will naturally receive instruction and training in the system.
