At Næshøj Nursing Home we believe that good nursing home life is about more than care – it is about creating everyday life with meaning, joy and presence. We are currently seeking 2 social and healthcare assistants who, with professionalism, heart and curiosity, will help create a meaningful everyday life for our residents.

With us you will become an important part of the residents’ daily life and you will

• Contribute to residents experiencing homeliness, safety and self-determination
• Support the individual in using their own resources with a rehabilitative approach
• Create structure and overview in both stable and complex pathways
• Document professionally and help develop the quality in our shared practice
• Engage in close relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues with respect, understanding and recognition

We would like to note that the position falls within the 24/7 coverage area.

Salary and employment terms

The position is to be filled no later than January 1, 2027

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and after concrete negotiation with the negotiating organization.
