Plumber for insurance damage and service in Aarhus

We are looking for a plumbing engineer for insurance damages in Aarhus.

You will become part of a specialized insurance team, where plumbing, service and damage handling fill everyday work. The customers are business customers and insurance companies, and the tasks often involve stopping the damage and finding the right solution. You work in Aarhus and the surrounding area, and you will have both a company car and equipment made available.

The role requires that you can use both hands and head. You inspect, troubleshoot and document so the case can be followed properly from start to finish. You drive out yourself, but you are not alone, as there is professional sparring when a damage is troublesome.

What you get Salary: 227-257 DKK per hour

Your day-to-day

Responsibilities come in through the service center, which handles damages and inquiries during normal working hours. You go out, inspect the installation and assess whether a damage should be stopped, service performed or more help ordered. The technical equipment is with you, and the documentation must be sharp so the case can be followed further.

You will among other things work with

• Perform plumbing work in connection with insurance cases
• Inspect, troubleshoot and document damages
• Communicate with customers, colleagues and insurance companies
• Follow tasks from start to finish
• Operate sluice valves and service at commercial customers

You do not have to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your appointments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a plumbing engineer
• Have a driver's license
• Can work independently on service and insurance cases
• Are used to inspection, troubleshooting and documentation
• Speak properly with customers, colleagues and insurance companies

It is an advantage if you have worked with insurance cases before. But the most important is that you can take responsibility for the case and say if something does not add up.
