We are looking for a skilled educator in the kindergarten at Børnehuset Klatretræet – afdeling Under Egen.

The Klatretræet Kindergarten currently consists of two departments (Under Egen and Kloden) – but from spring 2027 we will move together on Marcus Allé into a large, lovely house with 2 teams in the infant/toddler group (4 rooms) and 3 teams in the kindergarten (6 rooms). Our pedagogical direction

• As our poster (see image at the top) visualizes, we believe that attachment and relationship are necessary to be able to support the children's development. We work from a neuropsychological relational pedagogy, where creating interaction and looking beyond the children's behavior and being aware of our own role in this is in focus. You don't need to know this - but must be open to learning
• We create relationships with play as the common third, where we show playfulness and are co-players in expanding our and the children's interrelations in play.
• We work with strong child communities, and in each house we have a full-time practice supervisor who helps to support the pedagogy around the children's everyday life – especially when it can challenge.
• We have a close collaboration with PPR, SKODA and other external partners, and believe that dialogue and curiosity about each other's angles help strengthen our practice.
• We use LOG and pedagogical analysis to become wiser about the children's development. Spiced with data from e.g. the competence wheel and KIDS, we can thus create the best learning environments for the children.
• Outdoor life is a good place to increase the children's participation opportunities. We focus, among other things, on sustainability, what can be found in nature and using that experimental approach here.
