We are seeking a Social and Health Care Assistant for Bo- og levestedet Horskær

We are seeking social-psychiatric staff with a health-professional background for a permanent position. The position is 32 hours with shifts every 2nd weekend.

Who are we

Bo- og Levestedet Horskær provides round-the-clock residential support to 28 citizens. The employees' core task is to help promote each citizen's opportunities to master and create meaning in their own lives.

We work from a recovery-oriented approach with a focus on social inclusion and active citizenship. The pivot is mastering one’s own life and psychosocial rehabilitation in everyday life. Practice is anchored in KRAP.

In daily work we work pedagogically and socially professionally according to sub-goals under the SMART model and health-professionally according to the 12 health-related problem areas. Documentation is carried out in the system EG-SENSUM One.

The tasks in the social-psychiatric area have both pedagogical and social- and health-professional focus, which is why we compose our teams multidisciplinary. We are therefore seeking colleagues who match this, i.e., social and health assistants and social pedagogues.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Would preferably have experience within the psychiatric and health-care area, or wish to gain it
• can engage in an equal dialogue with citizens, colleagues and partners
• has strong collaboration skills
• focuses on the core task and can solve it professionally
• can work in a structured and independent manner and is good at planning their day
• can maintain an overview and make decisions in acute and complex situations
• is development-oriented and flexible
• has good communication skills, both oral and written
