Weekend shift sought for Service & Cleaning in Psychiatry at Aalborg University Hospital

Service & Cleaning is seeking engaged weekend shift workers. The position is ideal for you who study and want a flexible weekend job.

As a weekend worker you will contribute to the hospital's smooth operations by performing cleaning and service tasks.

About the job

As a cleaning assistant in the Psychiatry Department, your tasks will include cleaning of various rooms, e.g. patient rooms and bathrooms, common areas and staff rooms, as well as various service tasks such as arranging and clearing food/coffee, self-check, ordering food/goods mm.

Together with your colleagues you share responsibility for achieving the day's tasks, and it is important that you can collaborate and coordinate tasks with your colleagues. You must be able to work in a job where you work among psychiatric patients.

We work closely with other staff to ensure you receive the necessary knowledge about the patients to perform your work safely. When you start, you will go with a colleague until you are ready to stand on your own.

• Have drive and a will to engage in physically active work.
• Speak and write Danish (all instructions and emails are in Danish).
• Are comfortable using mobile and IT in the job.
• Are flexible and thrive in a workday where changes may occur.
• Are good at collaborating and taking responsibility – both for own and shared tasks.

Working hours and start

The position is part of a weekend scheme, where you work every other weekend. The working hours can be:

• 06.00 - 13.30
• 12.00 - 20.00

Start as soon as possible.

The position is a fixed-term position.

Your workplace will be Hospital City, 9260 Gistrup.
