Your work makes a difference – Become a Service & Cleaning Employee at Sengetårn J

As part of our team in Sengetårn J (4th floor) you play a key role in creating a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff. We are looking for dedicated full-time employees for 37 hours per week, where you work in the heart of the hospital in the clinical ward areas. Here, a high hygiene standard is crucial for patient safety, and your work is a direct prerequisite for a safe hospital environment.

Your tasks will include

• Patient-near cleaning.
• Service tasks related to patient meals.
• Close collaboration with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure daily flow.
• General maintenance and cleaning that supports a safe and inviting environment for patients and relatives.

Training and development

When you start, you will be introduced to the work through a thorough training program together with an experienced colleague. We use the quality standard Insta800, which you will naturally be trained in, and you also have the opportunity to take further education as a cleaning technician via AMU.

About you

We expect that you

• Have experience from the service and/or cleaning industry (e.g. as a cleaning technician, service assistant, housekeeper or similar).
• Speak and write Danish (all instructions and emails are in Danish).
• Are comfortable using mobile and IT in the job.
• Are flexible and thrive in a workday where changes can occur.
• Are good at collaborating and taking responsibility – for both your own and shared tasks.

Working hours

The work takes place on a 4-week rotation with 3 weeks of day shifts (6:00-14:00 or 7:00-15:00), 1 week of late shifts (12:00-20:00) and weekend shifts every 4 weeks.

Hospitalsbyen 20, 9260 Gistrup. Several buses stop right at the door: 2, 12, 54 and 954X.
