About the job

You will be part of Service & Cleaning at Aalborg University Hospital.

The work takes place as a team supporter across the hospital's various campuses in Aalborg according to a fixed rotation plan. As a cleaning technician you are an indispensable part of daily logistics, ensuring a high hygienic level and a coherent patient pathway.

Your tasks will consist of

• Cleaning tasks on the different campuses (departments, patient rooms and common areas).
• Clearing and preparation after meals.
• Ensuring that the cleaning meets the highest standards for hygiene and quality.

Since the work takes place in a hospital environment, it requires that you can conduct yourself professionally in meetings with both patients and relatives, who may be in vulnerable situations. You work closely with other professional groups, and it is important that you meet everyone with a smile, integrity and professionalism.

We expect that you

• Speak and write Danish (all instructions, work plans and training are in Danish).
• Are comfortable using mobile and IT in the job (including digital task systems and PersonnelNet).
• Are flexible and thrive in a daily life where the workplace and tasks can vary.
• Have a high degree of situational awareness and can adapt your behavior when meeting people in different situations.
• Are good at collaborating, take responsibility for your own and the team's tasks, and you spot yourself where we can be even better.

Working hours

The position is 37 hours on average per week. You work according to a fixed duty roster, where the meeting times on campuses are typically:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 12:00 – 20:00

During holiday cover there may be relief work, which can involve work at Hospice Vangen.

In connection with relief there may also be weekend work (12:45 – 20:00).

Note that the late shifts (evening shifts) are only conducted at Hospice.

Start date as soon as possible after agreement.
