Do you want to work with assessment and treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders at a high professional level?

We are looking for a psychologist for a temporary position in F-ACT team 2 with start on December 1, 2026 or as agreed. Due to a temporary redistribution of tasks, we are strengthening our assessment efforts and therefore seek a colleague who wants to contribute to good treatment and assessment pathways of high professional quality. The position is 37 hours per week or as agreed.

Who are we?

In F-ACT team 2 we offer outpatient assessment and treatment to patients over 18 years old with affective disorders. Treatment takes place both in Local Psychiatry Kolding and in the patient’s own environment. The social aspect, network, collaboration with the municipality, social psychiatry and the job center play a major role in the treatment.

F-ACT team 2 is part of Local Psychiatry Kolding, which is part of the Psychiatric Department Vejle. Local Psychiatry Kolding has sub-specialized teams:

• F-ACT team 1 (general psychiatric team)
• F-ACT team 2 (general psychiatric team)
• Team for personality disorders
• OPUS

You will become part of an experienced and multidisciplinary team consisting of psychologist, senior psychologist, nurses, chief physician, social worker and secretary. We value peer support, joint reflection and close collaboration on patient pathways.

From 2024, patients with mental illness and concurrent substance use problems will be treated in the regions. It is therefore advantageous if you have experience with or interest in substance use treatment. The task is still under development, and we are therefore seeking a colleague who will actively contribute to the development of workflows, organization and treatment offers in the area.

Your tasks

• To handle the psychological part of the outpatient assessment and treatment pathway, where assessment will be among your primary tasks
• To participate in multidisciplinary treatment conferences and contribute with psychological expertise and sparring to the other members of the team
• Contribute to developing the professional quality of the team’s treatment offers
• To coordinate pathways in relation to the team, external collaborators, relatives and networks
• To take part in common tasks for psychologists in the Psychiatric Department Vejle, including debriefing and supervision of colleagues
• To develop workflows in the team and across Local Psychiatry Kolding

Your qualifications

• You are a psychologist, preferably with experience in the psychiatric field
• You may have experience with assessment tasks
• You are good at maintaining overview and structuring your work tasks
• You take responsibility for your patients and seek support and professional sparring from colleagues when needed
• You are curious, good at teamwork and happy to help a colleague
• What you cannot do yet, there are skilled professional colleagues who can help you with

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms for the position follow the Academic Officers - Collective Agreement 33.01.1 - salary as of 1.4.2026. The starting salary for the position can be found via the following link: See starting salaries for positions in Region Southern Denmark.

In addition to the starting salary, the salary may include negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
