A central role in the collaboration between 3F Building Group and DIO III 3F Building Group seeks a consultant who will help strengthen and professionalize the collective bargaining collaboration between 3F Building Group and DIO III. The position is established as part of a joint cooperation agreement between the parties and is intended to support management in working with the organizational committee, collective bargaining preparation, follow-up and ongoing coordination.

As a consultant you will take a central role in creating overview, progress and coherence in the collaboration between the organizations. You will work closely with the management of 3F Building Group and with the corresponding consultancy function at DIO III. The role requires both independence, political understanding, analytical sense and strong process competencies.

Your main tasks

• Prepare agendas, decision proposals, notes and background material for organizational committee meetings.
• Ensure systematic follow-up on decisions, agreements and task allocations between meetings.
• Support strategic preparation towards upcoming collective bargaining negotiations, including OK28.
• Contribute to coordination across committees, working groups and other relevant collaboration tracks.
• Create an overview of ongoing initiatives, committee work and joint tasks.
• Support dialogue, clarifications and meeting preparation between the organizations after mandate from management.
• Contribute to building and maintaining shared knowledge about agreements, practices and history.
• Contribute to ensuring continuity and professional process management in the collective bargaining collaboration.

We expect that you

• have solid experience with collective bargaining matters, labor market actors or related professional/political processes.
• have strong analytical, organizational and written skills.
• can translate complex issues into clear proposals, decision basis and action-oriented follow-up.
• work in a structured, independent way with attention to both detail and the whole.
• have an understanding of the Danish model and the construction sector’s collective bargaining areas.
• can navigate professionally in a collaboration characterized by both shared interests, negotiation and clear organizational mandates.
• are good at building relationships and ensuring progress in collaborations across organizations.
