We are seeking a trained pedagogue and a trained occupational therapist who want to work in a recovery-oriented approach in a §85 facility under the Center for Psychiatry and Socially Excluded in Randers Municipality.

The positions are to be filled as soon as possible and no later than 1 December 2026.

About the positions

• A temporary position of 37 hours per week for a pedagogue and a permanent position for an occupational therapist – Opportunity for fewer hours if you prefer. The temporary position runs until October 2027.
• Primarily day shifts and a smaller number of evening shifts per month.
• Every 4th weekend work.
• Working hours: 08.00-16.00 (day shift), 13.00-21.00 (evening shift) and 08.00-18.00 and 11.00-21.00 (weekend)

You will be based at Vester Tværvej, where there are a total of 29 residents. We have 6 residents living here under §107 and the remaining 23 residents live in a §105 housing.

You will become part of an interdisciplinary team where we work with a contact person function in teams of at least two people.

That means we meet the citizens as experts in their own lives and collaborate with them to use and develop their resources so that they can live as independently as possible.

We work systematically and purposefully with citizens' §141 action plans and prioritise a high degree of citizen involvement in everything we do.
