🌙 Your role as evening shift

You become an important part of the residents’ daily life as the day draws to a close. Together with your colleagues you help create evenings where residents feel seen, heard and safe .

You will become part of a small team – one of our six teams at Dagmargården – where we emphasize cooperation, professionalism and good humor.

You will, among other things, work with

• Care and assistance based on the individual resident
• Professional observations, triage and TOBS
• Delegated nursing tasks
• Documentation in CURA
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Creating good and meaningful evenings for our residents

Who are you?

You are trained as a social- and health care assistant or nurse , and you

• take responsibility and can keep an overview when the pace increases
• meet residents with warmth, respect and presence
• work professionally and actively use your professional skills
• thrive in a everyday where no day is the same
• can work independently, but also know when to reach out
• are comfortable with IT and documentation or want to learn it
• contribute positively to both the team and the work environment

30-37 hours per week

• Working hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
