About the job

Technical and Environment

Do you have a knack for case processing, rules and details – and do you thrive in public administration in dialogue with people? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you.

You will become part of a team where precise information, good administrative craft and safe case handling are decisive. Here you get a everyday in which you, together with skilled colleagues, will have fixed workflows and cases that require you to think for yourself, investigate the possibilities and find the right solution.

You will be working with tasks where accuracy and quality matter, and where your contribution helps to secure a solid foundation for the municipality’s administration and for citizens and businesses.

Your tasks

You will play a central role in the daily administration in the property and address area. Your tasks will include, among others:

  • Determine and report new addresses/address changes with street names and house numbers
  • Case-handling tasks in relation to the Property Registration Portal and notaries
  • Tasks related to property contributions and owner information etc.
  • Updates in the BBR register

The tasks require you to work systematically and in detail-oriented way, while having an eye for the whole. You will have broad contact surfaces and will collaborate with colleagues, citizens, businesses and relevant authorities.

It is an advantage if you already have experience with addresses, the BBR, cadastral matters, notarial deeds or property contributions. However, it is not a requirement that you can do it all from day one. The most important is that you have the professional curiosity, sense of responsibility and systematic approach needed to become strong in the area.
