We are looking for a engaged and curious IT technician for our team. You don’t have to be an expert from day one. The most important thing is that you have technical interest, hands turned the right way and the desire to learn.

With us you will work with some of the market’s most popular premium products and you will become part of a strong team where quality, professionalism and customer experience are in focus.

🛠️ What will you do?

Your daily life will be varied, and your tasks will include among others

• Troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair of Samsung products
• Handling service cases from start to finish
• Contact with customers in-store, by phone and via email
• Dialogue with the manufacturers' technical support
• Receiving and handling spare parts
• Shipping and receiving of goods
• Various logistics and workshop tasks

You will thus have the opportunity to work with technology and electronics and at the same time be part of creating a good customer experience.

🚀 You don’t need to know it all

We do not expect you to be able to repair everything from day one.

We ensure thorough training, education and certification , so you are properly prepared for the job.

🕘 Working hours

Full-time – Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00.

• Salary: Negotiated individually based on qualifications and experience
• Thorough training and possibility for certification
• Clean criminal record is a requirement
