As one of our experienced professional staff members has chosen to retire, 3F Roskilde is seeking a new professional staff member who will help make Denmark's strongest union even stronger.

If you can engage in dialogue at all levels, operate within a politically governed organization and keep the focus on the members' best interests, then you are perhaps the colleague we are looking for.

As a professional staff member, the duties include, among other things

· Case handling of professional matters, primarily in the Transport and Industry area

· Sparring with Shop Stewards and Occupational Safety representatives

· Proactive professional visits to workplaces

· Organizing

· Serving our members

We expect of you

• Have experience with working in a trade union
• Can juggle many tasks at once
• Have good IT skills
• Have knowledge of working with collective agreements
• Are confident in written and oral communication
• Thrive working both in the office as well as being out visiting companies
• Have a driving license (category B)
• Can make your own car available
• Are aligned with 3F’s values
