Then maybe you are the one we are looking for.

About the position

In the Center for Health and Elderly Care we are highly focused on digital solutions and work purposefully to integrate health technology as a natural part of our initiatives

In our new area for E-initiatives we are bringing together our development team, which has a strong focus on supporting our electronic care system and health technology in general – and our department for screen visits. Our aim is to significantly develop the efforts around screen visits and health technology.

You will become part of the area management which, in addition to the area manager for E-initiatives, consists of three other areas: Nursing home area, Home and Nursing, and Prevention, Rehabilitation and Authority.

As area manager you will become part of a large, well-functioning, visionary and cross-functional leadership team with a focus on common direction, coherence and development in the health and elderly care area. Your main task will be to set the direction for the digital area – and support the implementation of this part. You will also have a task to support other development tasks across areas, and will work closely with your area manager colleagues on the task solving in the Center for Health and Elderly Care.

You will report to the head of the Center for Health and Elderly Care.

We value that you

Have solid insight and experience with technology, but also insight and experience from the major operational areas where this will be implemented.

You have strong analytical capacity and a confident understanding of which decisions and actions create development in interaction with a sustainable economy, especially in the nursing homes and in home care and nursing

Exercising inclusive leadership and supporting as well as sparring closely with employees, colleagues and the manager.

Work according to Frederikshavn Municipality's leadership values of courage, responsibility and integrity.

Have a natural understanding of and respect for the values in the Elder Law.

In Frederikshavn Municipality there is a long and strong tradition of making things happen by pulling together. We believe the best solutions are found in shared efforts.
