At Ravnholm School we are seeking a committed and academically strong teacher for a maternity leave substitute from about December 15, 2026 to June 1, 2027.

The position includes mathematics and physical education for 8th grade as well as the elective subject home economics for 7th and 8th grade. You will become part of a well-functioning year-group team where collaboration, professional sparring and development of teaching are a natural part of everyday life.

Here we work to make learning meaningful, relevant to real life and motivating. We believe that students develop best in strong communities, and therefore we have as much focus on well-being and relationships as on academic results.

You will play a central role in mathematics teaching as both lead teacher and co-teacher. Together we develop teaching that strengthens students' fundamental skills and at the same time provides room for curiosity, inquiry-based learning and practice-oriented learning paths. With new subject rooms, good outdoor areas and high ambitions, the framework for the teaching is very good.

We are a school with two divisions and about 835 students. The lower secondary (7th–9th grade) is consolidated on the Nærum site at Fruerlund. Employment and pay are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, and upon hiring a børneattest (police clearance) and references are obtained.
