Become a nutrition assistant apprentice at the New OUH

We are looking for three nutrition assistant apprentices for the Food and Meal Kitchen at the new OUH.

As an apprentice with us you will become part of a professional kitchen in development, where we every day produce appealing nutritionally correct food for patients, relatives and staff.

You will be professionally and personally challenged and gradually take on more responsibility. There is the possibility for internships in other kitchens, so you can expand your skills and find your path in the profession.

Nutrition, sustainability and hygiene are not just something you learn – it is something you actively use in everyday life.

You will be assigned engaged mentors in your training. You become part of a collegial community where we collaborate and help each other.

Who are you? You do not need to know everything in advance – the most important is your motivation to learn.

• thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• are steady and flexible regarding working hours between 5:00 and 18:00

Both EUD- and EUX-students are welcome to apply. Both younger and adult applicants are encouraged to submit an application.

What you get

• Salary during the basic course 1 and 2, as well as all school periods, if you are an apprentice with us
• Adult apprentice wage if you are over 25 years old
• Youth apprentice gross: 12,882 DKK/month and adult apprentice gross: 25,034 DKK/month
• An vocational education with good job opportunities and the possibility for further development within food and nutrition

• Start date: As early as January 4, 2027 or by agreement
• Application deadline: November 12, 2026
• Interviews: November 20, 2026
• Reply: No later than week 48
