We are currently seeking a colleague who both has a strong social- and health-professional understanding and the ability to see the connection between citizens' needs, the assessed help, planning and an economically responsible operation.

About the position

As a quality assurance officer you will be responsible for the ongoing quality assurance of our home care routes in the 10 municipalities we cooperate with.

Your work will include visiting citizens and staff, where you through observations, dialogue and professional assessments follow up on whether the help corresponds to the citizens' current needs and our professional standards. You talk with the citizens about their experience of the help with a focus on security, continuity and coherence in care.

You also look at whether routes, time consumption and work processes are arranged appropriately. Here you get access to relevant financial and operational key figures, which you compare with your observations to find deviations and opportunities for improvements.

You can thus look forward to an independent everyday life where you use your professional experience to come with concrete improvement proposals, so we use our time and resources in the best possible way and at the same time meet the citizens' needs and comply with the professional requirements.

The position is 37 hours per week, where approximately 80% of working time is on-site and 20% is administrative.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Follow up on and control the quality of day and evening routes, citizens' satisfaction and the coherence of care
• Assess whether the help continues to meet the citizen's needs, and together with the responsible parties follow up if there is a need to reassess the visitation
• Investigate and document whether routes are planned appropriately in relation to tasks, time consumption, transport and staff resources
• Use financial and operational key figures to follow up on whether the resources we use correspond to the help we are authorized and remunerated to provide
• Collaborate with area managers and professional coordinators on improvements and follow up on whether they have the desired effect

We expect that you

• Are educated as social and health assistant or social and health helper
• Have solid experience from home care and know the practical daily life in a mobile function
• Are professionally strong, independent and have a good eye for quality in daily care
• Have understanding of the connection between visitation, planning, citizens' needs and an economically responsible operation
• Have a flair for numbers and can use relevant key figures to find deviations and opportunities for improvements
• Are good at creating relationships and communicating respectfully and constructively
• Are curious, solution-oriented and dare to ask questions about existing workflows
• Can use your observations to come with concrete improvement proposals
• Have a driver's license

Is this your new workplace?

Working hours include both day and evening shifts, so you can follow the quality across our entire operation. You will be able to work from our locations in Taastrup and Hvidovre. The position is, as a rule, without weekend work.
