Become a substitute at Grønningen – make a difference for people with special needs

The residences at Grønningen are a service offer where 24 adult residents are distributed among 3 living groups. These are residents with significant and lasting impairments of physical and mental function and autism spectrum disorders.

We work with individually predefined structures, as residents benefit from predictability and a well-organized daily life with clear communication in the form of pictures and concrete items. Residents require help with personal hygiene, eating, and guidance through the daily routine.

You will receive training and an introduction regarding the residents.

There are no educational requirements, but you must be willing to help disabled people whose expressions and behavior differ from the norm.

Salary and employment conditions

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement combined with local negotiation depending on education and competences.

In Gentofte Municipality there is a general policy that a criminal record check will be obtained prior to employment.
