💚 A job with responsibility, influence and meaning

We are seeking a social- and health care assistant for day shifts , 30 hours per week, with shifts every 3rd weekend.

You will become part of a small team at both the nursing home, where we have 20 care flats, and in Lunden, which consists of 28 elderly flats. Here you will play an important role in daily life and have the opportunity to use both your professional skills, your engagement and your personality.

👩⚕️ Your professional tasks

As a social- and health care assistant you will have a varied daily life, where your competences come into play. Your primary tasks will include:

• Care and nursing tasks
• Medication administration in close collaboration with a nurse, when needed
• Contact and collaboration with relatives
• To be the coordinator of the multidisciplinary collaboration around individual residents
• Responsible for thorough documentation regarding complex residents
• A close and engaged teamwork

• Position: Social- and health care assistant
• Working hours: 30 hours per week
• Shift: Day shift and a shift every 3rd weekend
