At Tangkær we are seeking an engaged employee for our night team, where you will be an important part of the effort for some of society's most vulnerable citizens.

You will become part of a strong night team that covers both Tangkær SP and Tangkær HS, and you will always work together with colleagues.

About Tangkær

At Tangkær SP adults with complex mental disorders live, often combined with challenges such as substance abuse, somatic illnesses or legal measures. At Tangkær HS adults with Huntington's disease live, where both neurological and psychiatric problems play a central role in everyday life. At Tangkær many of our residents have significantly reduced functional levels and therefore need support.

Common to the citizens is a need for support, care and professionally trained staff who see the person behind the diagnosis and work to create the greatest possible quality of life and self-determination.

Your tasks

As a staff member in the night team you will among other things

• Conduct supervision and create safety for the residents
• Provide support in the residents' own homes and in common areas
• Document interventions and work with action plans
• Distribute and document medications
• Contribute to nursing and care tasks
• Actively participate in the rehabilitative efforts around the citizens

We imagine that you

• Have a social or health-related education, e.g. nurse, social and health care assistant, pedagog, occupational therapist, physiotherapist or social worker.
• Would preferably have experience within social psychiatry.
• Are professionally curious and reflective.
• Thrive in close team collaboration.

Application and employment

We expect the position to be full-time, but it can be adapted to the right candidate.

It should be expected to work every other weekend.

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. When employed, a criminal record check will be obtained, which is accepted electronically.
