Do you want to help create a small day care center where presence, play and security are more important than anything else?

At Børneland in Fredericia we are seeking an experienced and dedicated educator who wants to be part of our small children's house and help develop our pedagogical everyday life.

We are a small day care center with a group of children primarily consisting of toddlers and a few preschool children. With us everyone knows each other, and we place great emphasis on close relationships between children, parents and staff.

We are looking for an educator who loves to play!

At Børneland, play is the driving force of the children's development. We work with inspiring learning environments and various play zones where children can explore, build, create, experiment and use their imagination.

Therefore we are looking for you who not only observes play but also wants to be an active part of it. You who sit on the floor, build a tower, invent a role-play or take the initiative for a creative activity.

• Are educated as an educator and have solid experience, preferably from a nursery.
• Are present, caring and good at creating secure relationships.
• See play as a central part of children's learning and development.
• Have a desire to develop our play zones and initiate exciting activities.
• Value close parental cooperation and are happy to go the extra mile to give parents a good experience.
• Are proactive, positive and thrive in a small house where we help each other and lift in unison.
