About the job
We are seeking workers nationwide to raise awareness and recruit members for charitable organizations such as Red Barnet, Danmarks Naturfredningsforening, Amnesty International, Dansk Flygtningehjælp, Oxfam and Røde Kors.
As a fundraiser you can translate your experience into high earnings in an independent and flexible job with great freedom.
About you
You have judgment, persuasiveness and understanding of people combined with strong speaking skills, social abilities and a high level of engagement.
You can create trust and credibility in a conversation and adapt your communication to the person you are talking to.
You thrive with responsibility and independence and are motivated by seeing your effort directly reflected in both the results and your earnings.
You take a "no" professionally. You move on to the next conversation with the same focus and presence.
You do not need experience with fundraising. The crucial thing is your ability to engage others.
The job is relevant for you who are self-employed and want extra income, are between jobs, work part-time or still want to use your skills after a long career and make a difference for others.
Your experience may be from sales, retail, teaching or care professions. Title and industry are not decisive. It is your ability to listen, understand people, build trust and communicate persuasively.
About the job
As a fundraiser you represent a charitable organization and meet potential members in a conversation at the door.
Your task is to build trust, make the cause relevant and get more people to support the organization’s work through a membership.
You work independently with great freedom and receive onboarding, training and ongoing coaching.
The job is partly performance-based, so your results have a direct impact on your total earnings.
What you get
- A flexible part-time or full-time job of 12–37 hours per week
- Fixed base salary of 150 DKK per hour + time- and performance-based bonus
- Minimum 206.25 DKK per hour including commission – opportunity for double or more
- Flexible shifts on weekdays from 12:00 to 20:00 and on weekends and holidays from 10:00 to 18:00
- Introduction, training and ongoing coaching
- Meaningful work where you contribute to strengthening charitable organizations
