Building painter for facade maintenance and renovation in Bramming

Are you a building painter and do you want a company car and freedom with responsibility?

Here you get permanent employment in Bramming with facades, renovation and service.

You land in a painting team of about 10 employees, with tasks ranging from residential to commercial. The work is located in Bramming and surrounding areas, and the days can vary between facades, renovations, new builds and smaller service tasks. People stay here, so you land in a team that knows each other. It provides a calm day-to-day where agreements and responsibilities do not have to be explained from scratch all the time.

Some tasks you handle yourself, others you do together with a partner. The company car is part of the package, and a driving license is necessary because the work takes place at the customers' premises.

You get freedom with responsibility, but there are still people around you when a task requires an extra assessment.

What you get Salary: 175-210 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Bramming and surroundings

Colleagues: About 10 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term programs.

Everyday: Facades, renovation, new builds and service

Your everyday

The day is typically driven by the task you are faced with: facade, renovation, new build or service. When you drive out on your own, you keep track of the appointments and report in if something changes. For partner tasks you agree the order together so the work flows smoothly.

You will, among other things, work with

• Maintaining facades on homes and commercial properties
• Painting on new builds where the finish must be spot on
• Solving renovation tasks indoors and outdoors
• Taking on special tasks that require a little extra thinking
• Handling dampers and service for customers

When something doesn’t fit on site, you say so in time, so the customer and the team know what is happening. That suits you if you want clear agreements and freedom to take responsibility for your own work.

We’re looking for you who can check most boxes

You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license because the work takes place at customers' premises
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a building painter
• Can work alone without needing to be hand-held
• Are comfortable with facades, renovation, new builds or service
• Show up reliably and never deliver anything half-done

It helps if you have tried both facade and dampers before. But the most important is that you can take on and speak properly with customers.
