You will land in a painting company with around 20 employees, where tasks range from service to larger contracts. The work is in both residential and commercial sectors, with new builds, renovations, move-in apartments and facade maintenance. In many tasks, painters work closely with other trades, so the on-site agreements must hold. You switch between driving yourself, working with a partner and having an apprentice with you, depending on the task.

Everyday: Facade, service and varied painting tasks

Your everyday The day is arranged around the task: some days you handle service and shutters, other days you are on new build or renovation. In service tasks you start where the building needs it, while enterprise tasks follow the sequence agreed on the site. When a task changes, you tell in time so the plan can be adjusted.

You will, among other things, work with

• Maintains facades and gets surfaces ready for the next step
• Painter on new builds, where the finish must be sharp at handover
• Renovates residential and commercial properties with respect for what has already been done
• Solves special tasks when the standard solution doesn't fit
• Handles service and shutters when quick action is needed

We imagine that you

• Have a driver’s license
• Have some experience as a building painter, preferably from facade, service or contract
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your part of the task
• Can have an apprentice with you and explain things properly
• Shows up reliably and speaks up if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have experience with service, renovation and new build. But the most important thing is that you enjoy a daily life with freedom, responsibility and clear agreements.
