Create overview, develop the employees and get the team with you

As service manager you will have an important role in the daily management and coordination of the department's service and damper tasks. You must ensure that employees have the right framework to succeed, that tasks are followed through, and that customers experience good and professional service.

You will become a visible leader who is close to the employees, follows up on their work and supports their development. An important part of your role is to create followership, motivate the team and contribute to a daily life where people help each other and work towards common goals.

At the same time you will be responsible for both customers and the economy, where you shall help ensure a healthy operation and develop the business in close collaboration with your leadership colleagues.

Your primary tasks will be

• Take care of the daily personnel management, including employee development, well-being, professional sparring and training of apprentices.
• Plan and coordinate service tasks, staffing and resources and follow up on employees' work, quality and daily performance.
• Be responsible for bidding, financial follow-up, invoicing basis and an efficient operation of service tasks.
• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships, identify new tasks and ensure a professional and solution-oriented customer service.
• Ensure correct documentation, time registration and compliance with the company's quality and ISO procedures.

You will have a leading and coordinating role where you use your technical experience to spar with employees, make decisions and ensure that tasks are solved efficiently and with high quality.

You know the electrical industry – and know that good results are created together

You have a solid electrical technical background, preferably as a trained electrician, and broad experience from installation and service industry. You understand the technical tasks and the challenges employees face in everyday life, and can use your experience to create good solutions for both customers and colleagues.

You have experience with personnel management, preferably from a role as service manager, working foreman or similar. You are used to creating overview, prioritizing tasks and getting employees with you – even when everyday life is busy.

• Have good technical understanding and experience with electrical installations, service tasks and customer handling.
• Have experience in leading, motivating and developing employees and creating good cooperation in the team.

• Communicate clearly, take responsibility and thrive with collaboration across the organization.
