Service Manager in Odense

A service manager is sought for LINDE-EL A/S. The position is a permanent role based in Odense.

On behalf of LINDE-EL we are seeking a service manager.

THE POSITION

The position reports to owner Jesper Timming.

THE TASK

As a service manager you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and customer-oriented operations. This includes planning and coordinating daily service tasks in close dialogue with colleagues, customers and ongoing sparring with electricians and other technicians.

Duties will include

• Create structure, ensure quality and support the installation team so that tasks are performed safely, correctly and on time.
• You work both technically and administratively – from quotation to resource management, documentation and financial follow-up.
• Technical sparring with installers, customers and suppliers
• Be a visible and approachable leader who motivates employees, supports their professional development and ensures strong collaboration across the company.
• Contribute with insight into regulations and legislation that strengthen the professional foundation of the company
• The position is newly created and is a desire to increase the managerial resources in the service department.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate comes with experience from a similar position in the electrical field. You have a good understanding of the customer segment and you master the balance of being a hands-on leader for the installation team while keeping the customer's needs in focus.

• You have leadership experience and can juggle many tasks at once
• You have a solid technical background from the electrical industry with understanding of installations, fault finding and relevant regulations (Danish Safety Authority, fire safety, high- and low-voltage rules, quality management, etc.)
• You value good documentation, good quality control and coordination of technical solutions
• You are able to advise customers on optimizations and solutions
• You are energized by close collaboration with the installation team and bring a positive attitude
• You can estimate, price and close deals with customers

EDUCATION

You have a technically relevant background such as an electrical installer, machine engineer, electrical engineer, etc.

LANGUAGES

You master Danish in writing and speaking. We would also like you to have a competent level of English.

IT

We expect that as a candidate you can handle IT and other administrative tasks as a natural part of the task solution.

RESIDENCE

The ideal candidate resides on Funen.
