Chairman - Struer

In close collaboration with our skilled construction manager, we now have a vacant position as foreman in Struer. Here you will have the opportunity to help steer the ship at several work sites — specifically our demolition projects.

Om rollen som Formand We are looking for a motivating Foreman with a positive and appreciative approach, who at the same time manages to earn the respect of their team. The role is also central in ensuring that our work sites meet high standards of quality, environment and occupational health and safety, which form the foundation for our certifications.

Your key responsibilities include

• Effective management of multiple work sites, personnel and suppliers
• Thorough planning, instruction and supervision of tasks
• Active participation in construction meetings, foreman meetings and safety meetings at the work sites
• Valid car driving license (B)
• Trade/craft training
• Constructive and positive approach to tasks — you see opportunities instead of limitations
• The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to complete tasks on time and with high quality
• Flexibility, service orientation and focus on the customer
