You will become part of Carelink Group's consulting unit – Carelink Analyse & Udvikling, which works with analysis, evaluation, implementation, organizational- and governance development across welfare areas. The employment area is a strategically important focus area, and you will obtain a key position in the further development of both tasks, customer relationships and the market.

Your tasks will span from the initial strategic dialogues and bid processes to the management and execution of complex advisory and development assignments, often with many stakeholders, high professional demands and significant political and organizational complexity.

This position reports to the Director & Partner for Carelink Analyse & Udvikling, and is located in Copenhagen.

Carelink Group covers all of Denmark from a number of offices.

Formål med jobbet

Your responsibility will range from initiating contact with municipalities to take the first strategic dialogues through bid processes to the management and execution of complex advisory and development tasks.

Advisory to municipalities and other actors on governance, organization, professional development and implementation in the employment area

Sales and business development. Including proactive dialogue, bid preparation and building long-term customer relationships

Leadership and governance of large and complex assignments, including responsibility for quality, finances, progress and collaboration in project teams

Translation of political, strategic and legislative frameworks in the employment area into concrete decision-making and action opportunities

Close collaboration with both managers, directors and key professional staff at the customers.

Faglige kvalifikationer

Kritisk erfaring og kritiske færdigheder

• Experience from comparable positions within the employment area – e.g. as chief consultant, internal consultant, leader, project manager, manager or similar
• Experience with proactive activities (sales), including bid processes, customer dialogue and development of advisory assignments in a competitive market
• Experience with managing large and complex assignments, preferably with significant budgets, a range of stakeholders and high requirements for quality and delivery reliability

• Have insight into one or more sector areas in municipalities. Preferably the employment area (e.g., performance management, target groups, legislation, economy and the interaction between policy, administration and practice), but we know that the necessary sector insight can be built if you are the right fit
• Can combine strong professional expertise with a clear consultant- and advisory profile
• Thrive in the role as a trust-building sparring partner for leaders and executives
• Work in a structured, independent and results-oriented manner – also in complex and changing tasks
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
